4-H Aquatic Science Project: Guide to Raising Catfish In a Cage

Opening Paragraph:

The catfish project is designed to familiarize 4-H’ers with production techniques in growing catfish in a cage. This project requires three things: access to a pond with the right characteristics, supportive parents, and dedicated persistent youth to care for the fish for the entire growing season. Four-H’ers will learn to construct a cage and how to feed the fish properly, to keep record, and to harvest and market their fish.
